Grange

The Grange Re-Stack Implementation project is an on-going comprehensive interiors project at the Grange Corporate Headquarters located in downtown Columbus. Employing a fast-track type process with multiple deadlines and schedules, WSA is coordinating the reconfiguration, purchasing and placement of furniture throughout the entire building and essentially re-stacking the company

Ohio University - Brasee Hall

Working collaboratively with contractors, consultants and the owner gives and takes its rewards. The Ohio University Lancaster Brasee Hall has been a progressive project working towards completion before the start of the fall 2009 classes. The Construction team, led by general contractor Robertson Construction is working at a fevered pace to meet this goal. We anticipate a very dynamic environment for the Students at Ohio University in Lancaster.

First United Methodist Church

This addition includes a new sanctuary, administrative space, and a community living room. The project addition is scheduled to be complete by the middle of December, 2009 with basic renovations of the existing sanctuary in the original building following in the first half of 2010. Construction is being performed by Benchmark Construction of New Philadelphia.

Ohio State Highway Patrol

The Ohio State Highway Patrol Post 23 project has recently begun construction with a deadline for completion of the project in the spring of 2010. The foundations have been poured and the steel structure is up. Our construction administration staff provides support to allow the project to move forward while working through the state procedures and guidelines.

We relate…to you

At the end of the day, our firm’s architects and designers strive to provide a solution that moves your organization, your church, you…to a new place. Why bother if you don’t evolve? Design is that magical process where we dream. And, in doing so, we are able to consider the past, build on it, and change the human condition.

We believe that architecture has the power to transform our condition. Certainly, ideas create possibilities…but, the actual implementation of the idea through a collaboration of the builder and the fabricator and the engineer and the architect and the designer….that’s what design is truly all about. If we wanted to dabble in ideas…we would have stayed academic. We want to build. But, we want to build better. That’s why we do this stuff.

And when done well, it’s pretty rewarding in a quiet and peaceful way.
