Following the first location's success, our partnership expanded to a complementary 2,000-square-foot space nearby. This second location maximizes private offices in a calmer environment for focused work. Both spaces incorporate hospitality elements —gathering kitchenettes, beer taps, and outdoor areas — that foster community among members.

Unifying design elements connect both locations: garage doors enable flexible configurations, specialty glass walls provide writable surfaces while maintaining transparency, and salvaged materials add warmth to the new construction. Strategic positioning of community managers facilitates member engagement and access to premium amenities like podcast rooms and professional development workshops.

The brand identity WSA developed in Dublin has successfully expanded to locations in Lancaster and New Albany, establishing a consistent experience across multiple communities.
