Working to improve access to education, WSA Studio in partnership with Franklin University

WSA Studio is proud to be a part of the growth of Franklin University.  Today, the design and construction team celebrated success with a ribbon cutting for 360 South Grant, a complete transformation of an empty corporate building just south of the original campus.  We are honored to contribute to the re-development of this important urban neighborhood and the continued success of Franklin.  What a great partnership!

New exterior detailing, including the design of a custom canopy, new paint, new windows and landscaping.

University Board President Gary James, Franklin County Commissioner Paula Brooks and university President Dr. David Decker, officially cut the ribbon at 360 S. Grant.

  • multiple levels of conferencing to improve effectiveness of teams
  • individual choices within workstations for associate customization
  • floor by floor departmental relationships with room for expansion to the level below

CASE STUDY IN SAVING MONEY

WSA Studio was instrumental in the development of programming documents to help Franklin County Children Services make important decisions related to their space needs.  Faced with an impending lease evacuation, the agency retained WSA to evaluate their space needs and pinpoint the exact spatial requirements agency-wide.  Check back for facts, figures and information on the process utilized…all in the interest of ultimately saving valuable tax payer dollars.

PROGRESS AT JACK SITE

Construction workers installed new storefront windows today at the new office location.  We are thrilled with the ongoing progress and cannot wait to MOVE in.  The windows are designed to match the original condition of the historic building.  WSA Studio design leadership worked with the Columbus Brewery District Historic Commission to secure approvals on the exterior aesthetic of the building.
