COLLABORATIVE RESEARCH

Smith Laboratory is a 5-story building on the main campus of The Ohio State University. This is a renovation to the second floor suite of Smith Labs to create a collaborative and innovative design research center between Honda and the College of Engineering. Demolition included asbestos abatement, selective demolition of partitions, electrical, HVAC. The renovation includes new demountable glass partitions, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, casework including a break area and reception desk, and finishes. The new space creates a successful collaboration space for students.
