NEW CLASSROOM MODEL
Newcomerstown Exempted Village Schools was left with a trust fund to be used on a new athletic facility for all sports offered in the school district. The multi-purpose facility will house an all-purpose sports court, an indoor track, batting cages, locker rooms, coaching staff offices, and a new experice/ weight-lifting facility. The surrounding area ties into the landscape of the high school and other sporting fields.
The multi-purpose field house will be built between the high school and Lee Stadium and plans on opening the summer of 2019. The facility will be a true community building tool for the school district as well as the citizens of Newcomerstown.
