THE ELLIS IN ITALIAN VILLAGE
BTTS Holdings transformed an early 1900s warehouse in Columbus's Historic Italian Village into a flexible event venue celebrating industrial heritage while adapting to pandemic-era gathering needs.

The double-height ballroom anchors the venue. An innovative drapery system attached to existing ceiling trusses divides the space into thirds. Hosts create intimate atmospheres for smaller gatherings while preserving grandeur.
Original brick walls and poured concrete floors ground the space in authenticity. A striking moss wall wraps from entrance into ballroom, softening industrial architecture with natural warmth.
Environmental graphics feel native to the space. Matte black geometric wainscoting guides traffic toward handwritten neon signage. A quartz countertop bar facilitates catering flow. The mezzanine overlooks the main space with herringbone hardwood floors and flexible furnishings.
The Ellis became a signature event destination balancing historic character with modern flexibility. BTTS Holdings booked events from renderings alone during construction. The venue's adaptable nature accommodates intimate gatherings to 250-guest celebrations.
