WSA's design approach centered on creating an ecosystem of spaces that celebrate human connection while supporting diverse work preferences. The central café – strategically positioned at the intersection of main circulation paths – serves as the building's social heart, providing a welcoming threshold that immediately communicates Grange's commitment to employee wellbeing and community.
Beyond this vibrant hub, we crafted a seamless progression of environments that support different work modes and interpersonal dynamics. Collaborative lounges encourage spontaneous brainstorming, while privacy pods and focus areas provide respite for concentrated work. Throughout, technology is integrated thoughtfully to support hybrid collaboration without dominating the human experience.
Fresh environmental graphics and updated branding elements breathe new life into existing architecture, transforming the visual landscape while honoring the company's heritage. The material palette balances warmth and professionalism, creating spaces that feel simultaneously innovative and approachable. By thoughtfully reusing existing infrastructure while introducing strategic design interventions, the project demonstrates how sustainability and transformation can coexist harmoniously.
