There’s a new event venue in town: Say hello to Edison777! We partnered with BTTS Holdings to renovate this historic building in the Italian Village neighborhood, transforming it into a premiere venue for weddings and corporate events. Located at 777 N. Fourth Street, the industrial space previously housed Columbus Electrical Works. WSA’s team of interior designers and graphic designers infused the space with life to create a branded Edison experience. Lykens Companies revamped the building’s shell, while Ed Feher of FEHER Architecture led the architectural renovation.

The environmental graphics installations include a stamped concrete entry, painted brick murals, patinaed metal exterior signage, an LED neon sign, and a full-scale geometric wood and moss trellis with an integrated lighting feature. The trellis feature was designed and constructed in collaboration with local companies Edgework Creative and Planthropy. These memorable, handcrafted details elevate the space and reinforce Edison’s mission.

BTTS Holdings is a local family-owned business that aims to provide unforgettable events. With organizational values in family, integrity, and gratitude, BTTS operates full-service event centers throughout the Greater Columbus area. WSA worked with BTTS to develop a logo, font, and color standards that represent the unique Edison experience. In 2020, the Edison logo and branding won a Creative Best Award from the Columbus Society of Communicating Arts. These award-winning brand elements are incorporated throughout the space.

Congratulations to BTTS Holdings and the Edison team for crafting this exceptional Columbus event space! We are so excited to see it thrive.
